℗ 1971 Philips. Made and printed in Holland. The release year 1971 is engraved in the runout of the vinyl record.
On the labels the duration is mentioned in minutes, but the works are grouped in sections which do not correspond with the track-list on the sleeve. Therefore the duration is not given for the track-listing.
The front cover is a section of a painting called “Die Geburt Christi”, from Francesco Cossa (ca. 1435 – after 1477), Dresden, Gemäldegalerie, Germany.
Sleeve notes on the back cover are in German.
With the album comes a separate leaflet/card the size of the album, containing notes in German and English by Michael Morrow, together with the sung texts of the performed works. The sung texts are translated from Italian into English and German.
