The sleeve list the cat# as exacta007 while the runout etching on side A reads EXACTA 005, with the 005 crossed out and replaced with 07. The runout etching on side B reads EXACTA 075 with the 5 crossed out so it reads exacta 07. On label cat# is given as EXACTA006.
